Through our partnership with local, regional and
global Service providers & Wireless carriers, we
offer services that help clients build interactivity
with customers on the rapidly emerging
communication medium of choice – the mobile
phone. We operate right across the value chain,
offering mobile marketing and mobile technology
services, providing a complete wireless channel
solution for marketers.
Depending on the client requirement we will
package a mix of services to deliver through the entire campaign life cycle,
including:
Concept development, Campaign planning and strategy, Mobile creative and
content (including tones, graphics and games), Applications development e.g.
contests, voting, chat, Campaign monitoring and control, Intra-campaign
analytics, Campaign wrap and ROI evaluation, M-CRM (opt-in database reuse),

d)   Mobile ticketing
      Mobile Ticketing provides a quick, easy way for event promoters to connect
with
       their mobile audience in a secure and convenient environment. Consumers
order tickets using their mobile phones and the charge appears mobile phone
bill.
 
e)   Mobile loyalty programs
       Customers sign up to the loyalty database by simply texting in their name
and post code. In return, customers receive an upfront offer to activate their
mobile phone barcode loyalty card. Subsequently the mobile barcode is used to
collect points, redeem points and check the account using SMS, or retail outlet
loyalty card readers.
f) Mobile vouchers and coupons
      By way of unique offer codes, vouchers and coupons remain on consumers'
phones once received, vastly improving uptake rates. Later in a retail outlet,
consumers can take advantage of special offers simply by displaying the
appropriate promo code to the retailer.  Distributing coupons and vouchers to
consumers via SMS can drastically reduce costs associated with a campaign.
Moreover, because each mobile coupon has a unique number, uptake is
traceable down to the individual level, allowing the creation of sophisticated
customer profiles for future customized marketing
